First floor done and dusted, six to go!

Our new Council office block build is on track, thanks to developer Willis Bond and construction partner LT McGuinness Ltd.

It’s exciting to see one of many projects to revitalise our city centre come to life, with what’s set to become New Zealand’s largest mass timber office building now emerging well above the ground.
