Build-to-Rent Case Study: New Ground Living
Roy Thompson, Managing Director, New Ground Capital
New Ground is both a developer and manager of Build-to-Rent housing, and a joint-venture manager of the Impact Enterprise Fund.
We believe that the thoughtful investment of capital can and should result not only in financial returns but also in meaningful social and environmental outcomes, a balance that is challenging to achieve when it comes to the development of large-scale housing.
This presentation will outline the process we go through to assess cost and sustainability factors when considering alternative forms of construction for New Ground Living’s Build-to-Rent developments.
