“We are just completing the waterproof membrane on level 9 CLT. This allows us to start board on level 2+ while we continue to climb to level 12!
Why are we waterproofing in a heat wave? Murphy’s Law! If we don’t. Then we’ll have a monsoon. Better safe than sorry!
