Alexan Access Apartments – The Alexan Access Apartments is a new 383-unit apartment complex just south of Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA. Strouse Davis worked closely with the developers, a design team, and the City of Lynnwood to maximize density on a site that proved challenging due to an easement running through the center, poor soils, and the need for environmental mitigation.

The project is made up of two large 5-story structures and two smaller garden-style 3-story walk-ups. Amenities include two lounges, a rooftop deck, fitness center, BBQs, swimming pool and spa, outdoor sport court, and playground.
