Enovate: We are thrilled to share the remarkable progress made this week as we erected the very first LVL portal frames for the Highbury Triangle Building B Mass Timber apartment. 

This is one of 5 similar Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities buildings on the site which were all designed with Enovate Ltd and Architectus and are being erected by CMP Construction Limited.

Unlike the other 4 traditional constructed buildings, Highbury Building B will be completely mass timber for all 6 storeys with the only traditional materials being the concrete foundations and the steel balcony columns.
