The Warehouse group’s latest development ‘Kowhai Falls’ in Warkworth is the most energy efficient building the group has ever built. Utilising LVL and Glulam as well as high spec insulation and solar panels. The Mid-Rise Wood Construction team is hosting a site visit for the industry on the 13th April with limited places available.
The ‘whole of life’ carbon footprint for this project is a fraction of a build only 5 years ago. Is Kowhai Falls New Zealand’s most low embodied carbon and energy efficient retail building? Come and see for yourself. Spaces are limited so book now!
