We are committed to your safety. We also understand that people may be apprehensive in attending events again. While New Zealand and Australia has managed the COVID-19 outbreak relatively well, we have still been working closely with hotel venues and health guidelines to ensure the safe running of our upcoming events. It is important to us that you feel safe to enjoy, learn and gain value in attending.
Covid19 & Vaccination Certificate Event Requirements
Public health guidelines as advised by the Ministry of Health will strictly be adhered to by the event organisers, Innovatek Ltd. New Zealand is now working under a new traffic light system (also known as the COVID-19 Protection Framework) to manage COVID-19 in our community. The level “red, orange or green” when the event runs will principally dictate how many people can attend along with any associated social distancing, scanning and face mask requirements whilst at the event. For planning purposes, details on these health and safety requirements will be sent out to all registered delegates before the event runs.
The NZ Government has stipulated that for indoor events, ideally, all those attending will be required to have a vaccination certificate. Innovatek Ltd therefore will be requiring all attending this event to have been vaccinated (unless a COVID-19 vaccination exemption by the Director-General of Health or the Minister for the COVID-19 Response has been granted) and have with them on arrival, a vaccination certificate or vaccination exemption (either digital or paper). This will be scanned for verification before entering the venue.
To ensure the safety of all those attending (delegates, speakers, exhibitors, FIEA event staff, hotel staff and contractors), regardless of whether payment to attend physically at the event has been made or not, entry will not be permitted to anyone that doesn’t have with them, a vaccination certificate.
There will be clear reminders throughout the venue.
We want you to feel completely confident about booking onto our events, especially with COVID-19.
- If one of your events has been rescheduled, your registration will automatically move to the new dates - you do not need to do anything. We will keep you informed.
- If a conference you are currently booked on is not able to be rescheduled in the next 12 months, you will be entitled to a credit or a full refund.
