
The New Zealand Timber Design Society (TDS) is happy to offer two conference support grants for the WoodWorks Conference, 8-9 November 2022, Rotorua, New Zealand. Successful recipients will receive financial assistance of up to $1,700 NZD including GST covering expenses for registration, accommodation and transport to the conference.
Recipients will be asked to contribute a short paper for the Timber Design Society Journal summarizing the key takeaways from the conference.
Eligibility
All early career professionals (architects, designers, engineers etc. up to 6 years experience) interested in timber construction are eligible to participate in the Scholarship. Candidates with clear connections to timber design are preferred.
Exclusions: Senior Architects, Designers, Engineers, Team Leaders or Managers.
