The new Court Theatre is a three-storey building fronting on the corners of Colombo and Gloucester Streets in Christchurch’s CBD, forming part of the new Christchurch Performing Arts Precinct.

Some great visual progress is evident with the feature timber LVL construction prominent on Colombo Street and the main foyer looking onto Gloucester Street done (Red Stag TimberLab | KOBE CONSTRUCTION | Offsite Design Ltd). Internal carpentry (PlusCon) and flat roof areas for the supporting service plant continue to advance, and internal service trades are also now underway.
